I am a Pakistani fresh graduate. I have done BSc Mechanical Engineering. I have no experience. I want to work in a free environment in Canada.

Correspondent if you can suggest me provinces in Canada which have a moderate temperature throughout the year. I am asking this because I have known winters are very cold there

You likely need to gain experience and some further degrees. I would suggest you look at what I takes to immigrate. If you are looking for a job you can't be picky. There are many engineering graduates in Canada who are also looking for employment.
