Did any body applied for 18 month extension? Do we need to apply 30 days or 90 days before workpermit expiry?
A medical is required for this extension?

Good to apply at least 30 days before. But they did not tell any where, so you can also apply after your work permit expired. But for safe side do it before 30 days.. i think medical is not required
