Call +1 (800) 567-6868 and request a transfer, telling them your travel date. If you read my long post on page 316 of this thread it goes through my experience. I called today with travel on June 24 and they put the transfer request through. You will probably have to call many many times before...

Took my test on January 7 and the status changed to completed January 17. In the meantime my background verification status was also updated to completed. I still have language skills, physical presence, and prohibitions left to confirm. From reading this thread it looks like the time it takes...
