What’s wrong with IRCC, such long security checks make no sense!!

What does the due date mean on CBSA notes? Any idea why they take so long for inland applicants too? This is totally unjust:/

CEC can also get stuck in security.

It’s good to hear that, at-least they finish the security check even though they take some time. This gives some hope. By AR I meant the day you submitted your application to IRCC.

What was your AR? And when did ur security start and end?

Hi, did you get any update related to security? Due date for security on my CBSA notes was 25th Jan 2024, which has already passed and I am still stuck in security. Just wanted to know if anything happened for you once your due date passed or the date mentioned is just meaningless.

I applied for cbsa notes but it doesn’t say anything about security check being in progress by cbsa, it just says in progress. Is there a specific section I need to look at? My file is in security since May 2023.
