With CIC who knows? That said, I'd be sceptical that 16 people haven't had any updates to report. Maybe for a few, that may be the sad reality, but not for sixteen! The lone guy without an AOR?....yeah he should have received one by now.

As with any travel document, the loss should be reported immediately. Report the lost card online to CIC ASAP. There is a weblink that you can use to do this. Refer to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=047&t=10 If you do not need to travel before you obtain citizenship...

I attended my test and interview on the 5th of November but no Decision Made yet on ECas. Just wondering if this delay is normal? I call it a delay as I see that most applicants have DM within 4-5 days. Just wondering (and worrying)

No I did not. Did you take along your signed Prohibitions form. It was 2 pages long. If not, maybe that's what they made you sign?

Attended the test and interview today. At the interview, the officer was polite and professional: She asked about my home address and current employment and whether I travelled abroad. She also congratulated me on passing the test. She then flipped through my passport to check for stamps, asked...

Congratulations. You are likely the first Calgary candidate on our timeline sheet to have any sort of communication regarding the test invite.

Trip missing in CBSA record and no passport reentry stamp

Thank you everyone for your opinion. I'll gather supporting documentation like credit card statements and work documents for the interview and post my experience here when I cross that bridge.

Trip missing in CBSA record and no passport reentry stamp

Good to see you here, Old Friend! ......I guess it makes sense that most of us from that PR application cohort would now be applying together for citizenship. Good luck to you for your application!

There is no longer a separate Local Office Transfer line in E-Cas. According to CIC, In-Process now means that the file has been transferred already or will soon be. The next step is the test if there are no additional documents required. A line saying so will appear in E-Cas when they send out...

Thanks for posting. Yes, I have entry stamps and exit stamps for the 3 countries that I visited.

Missing stamp on entry to Canada resulted in a RQ

I read a post on this forum where the applicant forgot a 1 or 2 day trip and was issued an RQ. The case went to a judge and the application was approved. But in the said case, the applicant was short of the residency requirement of 1095 days by a few days. Yours might go to a judge but is likely...

Trip missing in CBSA record and no passport reentry stamp

I left the country for 7 months but the officer did not stamp my passport when I returned and the CBSA does not have a record of my re-entry (I requested a copy of my entries from CBSA and the entry after this trip is missing). I declared this trip in my application but am wondering if it will...

I'm assuming you clicked on the word 'Received" next to your name and you saw a line that says "We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on Month dd, yyyy." Most applicants also have a 2nd line that says "We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of...

How often do you check you ECAS?

Accoding to their website, they update it every Tuesday. Checking once a week on Wednesday or so would be all thats required I'd imagine
