I have got same response from London VO. AOR 28TH DEC. FSW. AINP. OUTLAND. Although nothing updated/changed in account except for medical and biometric passed. Asked for ADR 20th jan (FROM A) also which i provided on same day.

Hi, I read the borders of canada (for outland) were closed till 30th june. Is it now extended till Aug?

How did u manage to reach them on call? I was trying to call them from Pakistan but wasn't able to reach. I am PNP OUTLAND AOR 28TH DEC.
