I used the UCI + LAST Name combination to link the application. I also had to use Approved Date (instead of COPR Date). And also use my Place of Birth as in Passport. Like "City, Province" All these in capital letter. Good luck.

This update means your application was probably approved (post criminality). You may receive COPR in 10 days! Please keep watching your application. If you call the IRCC agent must also say your application is approved. But not reflecting on the system yet.

I have all passed since Jan 22nd, 2021. It has been 15 days and no signs of COPR yet. When I called them they said - "Due to virtual landing process changes, it takes longer to provide the final decision. We are unaware when it would be ready, as it is case to case scenario".

This occurs to me once in a while after such login issues. The issue also shows approved/old applications as updated. However, today there was no application update observed by me.
