I think you should be fine.I attached 4 pictures per sheet with notes.The photos were stapled, but the sheets were left loose,attached together with a paper clip.I worked for me.

Yes,i believe the hardest part is that you need to qualify to sponsor . After that the application will then go to the immigration office in India for further processing.I took a look for India,it said 6 months. hey there,i beleive i received the same form aswell.I sent it along with the application but also went to the bank and asked for a business activity report for the 12 months prior to submitting the application
