Travel History if use NEXUS Card to enter US and Canada

Hi, friends - Did anyone have this experience with their CBP travel history? I have my travel history and the weirdest info on it is causing havoc. While I will be trying to get clarification from CBP, if anyone has had this issue, and had been able to resolve it, please advise. Issue is that...

    fingerprint required after test...need help

I just saw the question. I applied in late 2011, RQ case, stuck in backlog, various reasons. Nonetheless, the Fprints have been received by the CIC local office, and the Call Centre jus confirmed that. Thank for the query/comment.

Hi. I wonder if anyone discussant in this thread has had this experience, or can shed some light. -- I had my [Citizenship] fingerprinting done at a local Police office in Mississauga, ON. It was sent onto RCMP, which office processd it within 24 to 48 hours. I had presented the CIC letter with...

    ENTRY STAMPS DATES

The date/time you left is the one you should be reporting. It is also the proof of travel (out) you would have. Same thing on return. You could have left to return (e.g) on a 10th, but arrived here on the 11th or 12th.

    Discrepancy with CBSA report

My experience has been that I sent off the RQ package and the CBSA report came later. I had advised the CIC office that I would mail the CBSA report later, and I did so (I had to meet the 45 days deadline). The problem with the CBSA report was that it had 2 instances which were NOT reflected of...

    35 momth cases

Here is a case which was processed within a year, despite the 18 months to 2 years CIC has been claiming as processing time for applications! The fast-track pilot project started somewhere in Sept 2012 and was ending in March 2013 -- so this does not seem to be a fast-track application either...

    RQ Processing

can be kind enough to answer it. 1) I sent my application to Mississauga office but my file was transferred to St Clairs office afterwards. Anybody know the reason why? A few months ago, apparently most or all cases being handled by Mississauga were 'transferred' to St. Clair (mine included)...

    Association of Future Canadians

I've done quite a bit of research before I posted my comments. I do know what a WOM is about (and the pre-qualifiers). I've studied several court cases, including those that were successful (and unsuccessful).

What are possibilities of engaging in a enmasse "Writ of Mandamus? Maybe this is something a group of Applicants might be interested it, depending on affordability to hire a lawyer or getting the help of a law student. WOMs have resulted in successful results, including on PR & Citizenship...

    URGENT QUERY PLEASE HELP

I don't think you need overly worry about your situation. Everyone gave you good advice. The work questions are usually to see if you were working outside of Canada, especially across the border (USA). Obviously if you were working in Canada, YOU WERE HERE. If it makes you feel better, even...

    Same Day trips to USA

If I recall correctly, 'same-day' cannot be entered in the online Calculator, when filing a Citizenship application. In other words, the system cannot calculat, for example, from June 30 to June 30, as 1 day. However, when an RQ is issued, I recall it asking for same-day trips to be also...
