I did call them and they said they are still processing my sponsor eligibility

Mine is also decision made, I checked on yesterday but I got biometrics request before it went to DM.

Hello Is there anybody have any idea, like I received biometrics request for my mom but my SA is still in-process I thought after SA get approved than they ask for biometrics
