It’s been a month since we got letter to pre-arrival. And also we have already crossed one year mark. Any idea what’s next ?

About 2 weeks ago I got invitation to pre-arrival services. Can somebody please guide me what does that mean and what’s next? And my ecas status shows “In process “

My file transferred to ndvo since dec 17, 2019 and Ecas status is application received. How long does it take ?

Just got last email on dec 17,2019 from them stating file will be transferred to ndvo and nothing after that !! So a little confused what’s going with the application!
