OK, that's good. They don't seem to always call right away when there is missing information / documents. I called them at the 12 business day mark and that's when I learned that they wanted my work physical address and a document for another family member's application.

I think they are struggling to meet their standards right now, so you may just need to patiently wait for them to contact you about it. I'd say if it's something excessive (e.g. a week or two) then you could put in a call to their hotline to ask about what you can do, but I think you'll hear...
