My time line is similar to yours, but I received correspondence on may 6th, since then no update, I applied for gcms and it shows my file approved on may 6th itself, they are holding passport request purposely, so we have to wait until VFS back in track....

U should upload it under proof of relationship

In proof of relationship upload the docs which will prove u both are in relation ship, like marriage certificate, chats, joint account details, together photos, short trip receipt if possible get a letter from your family members explaining about your relationship and in client info u can submit...

Correspondence letter is like ur file is in final stage, in normal scenario within 2 days u will get the decision, but ongoing Pandemic it will take time, I received correspondence on may 6th and still waiting for decision...
