I have a similar situation. Can you tell me how did it turn out ? Did you write in your letter of explaination ? If so, did you say it was because you are not claiming points for it or because it was difficult to get the reference letter ?

Hi I have a similar situation. I have the work permit in my passport. Which is a good way of explaining in a letter of explanation that I have not given proof or put in work experience section as I am not claiming points for it or employer is not willing to give me the documents?
