I had sent an email to IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca to explain my situation and I got a reply today after 1 week stating that my application is with Montreal immigration office, so I should contact them for any information. They didn't even provide me an email address or a phone number for that.

I called +1 613-944-4000 and successfully connected as well but the automated message said Welcome to global assist Canada. This office will not answer questions or provide information about immigration, refugees and citizenship Canada. Not sure how can they help with a Express entry PR...

Similar experience. I saw those buttons only once out of tens of times that I’ve tried. Disappeared after that. As a back up to ircc, also email them the documents along with your explanation.

That's weird. People faced this issue in 2017 and I am facing the same technical glitch in 2020!

Interesting! For me, 'Medical Exam' is the 8th of the 9 points they have requested to be submitted in 30 days.

Did you not have to get her a medical exam done along with the forms that you have listed here?
