Are you saying that someone who worked for 13 years has to go back and start from scratch? that is cruel. How do you expect degree holders to work for 10$ per hour? most of those who immigrate have families! how do they survive?

How does one apply for an odd job if he has study permit?

What I don't understand is why do they require that many immigrants if the jobs are not available. I am trying to get me a study permit to go there and stay there but from what i have seen in here it may not be a good idea.

Hello, do not change anything that you have already submitted as then they could consider that you have submitted false information... they asked you for updates so send them updates nothing more, i.e. send them all new information after you have sent the file but do not change history.
