Oct 31st Remeds passed, Nov 1st, approved. Nov 2nd IST ghost update (Nov 1st canada time). Not sure about checks, didn't enquire.

I emailed Ottawa VO twice after knowing my application is approved. No PPR until today and they haven't replied yet. :(

I had a remedical request and I know my file was approved after MEP. I am just waiting for PPR. Can't say with certainty if extension is a precursor to PPR.
