    @sukham123 You said that your university sent the re-verification email on 21st of June and WES updated the status on 7th of July. Did your university send any other mail to WES after the 21st of June? Or it took WES 16 days to update the status?

    My university sent my documents to WES through registered post. The last status I can see is "Insert item into bag (otb)" on the 26th of August. There is no tracking after that. Anything I could do now?
