    Hi. I am at present in Canada and have used my old passport with the unexpired visa stamp together with a new passport to enter last December. So yes you can use the old passport with the unexpired visa to enter canada.

    I have a renewed passport. May old cancelled passport has a valid TRV expiring on February 19,2020. Can I apply NOW for a new TRV and travel to Canada on a new visa in December or should I wait for may visa to expire and still travel to Canada in December?.
