Thank you. I did try again and this time I scored L 8.5 and 7.0 for everything else. Still not maxing out the language scores for CRS but good enough (432). Gonna need a valid job offer either way and that will add 50 points.

1. I am from Hong Kong too - and I actually got a 24-months work permit when I landed in Canada. I don't know if I just got lucky or I somehow met the criteria for a longer work permit? I think the working holiday work permit is extendable - only in cases like - if you are employed in Canada...
