You're right, the update is actually on Apr 18. BTW, my spouse is still stuck on background verification, and LPP are also in progress, is it normal? I assume LPP verification is separated from background while my spouse's LPP has no update like mine.

Just called IRCC and they confirmed no finger print required so far, so guess the security check is on ongoing.

Hi, one question here, my spouse's background is still showing in progress while mine has got completed on Mar 14, there's no finger print request email received by my spouse, is it normal, what can we do about it?
