March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

Not really, no notes at all, was pretty straightforward. The only thing I noticed was that my application was approved 6 days before the tracker showed eligibility and background completed.

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

Thanks! I couldn't find the processing center anywhere, last thing I know it was Mississauga on the AOR. I requested GCMS notes, still waiting.

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

I submitted the resumes with the application, both mine and the sponsor's, although I don't remember it being on the checklist, but I did see an option to upload it on the portal so I thought it wouldn't hurt. I don't think it necessarily means further investigation, there are a bunch of people...

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

I have approximately the same timeline. I can already see the COPR document issued (starts with a T) with an expiry date of May 3, 2024, but no email yet with the final decision. Everything is marked as completed on the tracker. On GCKey it says: "Latest update: Final decision - June 19...

Can't confirm ETA after approved PR

This is what happened to my partner, he was back home when his PR got approved and once he landed in Canada with his COPR, he was informed that his ETA was cancelled. There's no direct answer on IRCC websites, but this is the closest thing I've personally found -...

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

So something weird happened with my application. Both tracker and GCKey were showing background in progress and eligibility review not started. I checked today, tracker is unchanged but the GCKey now shows eligibility in progress and background check not started... very confusing. Waiting on the...

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

Oh wow, 8 months? That's insanely long, sorry you're waiting for so long. The strike didn't help the processing times either.

Can't confirm ETA after approved PR

The moment the PR application is approved and COPR is issued, the ETA is cancelled, regardless if they land or not. Google it.

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

It wouldn't hurt! How long did it take you to receive the notes? I just ordered them yesterday, application sent on March 14th, biometrics and medical are marked as completed since April, background in process since April 19th, and eligibility not started. No sponsor approval email either...

Can't confirm ETA after approved PR

The ETA was automatically cancelled when her PR was approved. She needs to reapply for another one. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/eta/eligibility.html "You don’t need an eTA or a visitor visa if you’re a Canadian permanent resident. However, you...

March 2023 Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applicants

Is anyone else's tracker stuck for a month or so with no updates at all? I see people that applied after me with eCOPR already, it seems that my officer is on vacation lol

Why are you people like this???

The whole sheet was deleted initially, now it's all messed up, and the formulas are gone. I was looking forward to seeing other people's timelines and now it's all screwed.

Why are you people like this???

I would like to know who's the idiot that messed up the Inland March 2023 sheet under the Spouse PR Tracking Tool spreadsheet - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/192sbvjd4vJsEWY_B7w5DgFKBmIPNYo6TjlVWAk-xxxA/edit#gid=789094848

    Spousal sponsor question

Ok so you submitted the application through an immigration lawyer? I'd follow up with him then instead of posting on this forum, since you're paying him, he should know why you didn't get an AOR yet. Are you sure he submitted the application?!

    Spousal sponsor question

Have you tried calling IRCC and/or send a webform?
