My wife got the passports back I got cope after almost 4 months of submission Since my son in already In Canada for him we just got a document saying they ll call for virtual landing I think that’s why the application is not updated on portal

We are almost hitting 4 months mark of sending passports, we have done everything in terms of reaching out to them. This is getting really frustrated. Passport is our most important document and they just kept it without any futher information

same here, Nov 16 still waiting, raised 3 webforms, they reply after a month and by that time they themselve lose context. Called them several times, the agent have no informaiton what so ever so no use there either.

Are you planning to urgently recall the passport? They'll need the proof for urgency.

I have a 4 year old. Agents doesn’t help, passport is with them since nov 16 . The kid is living with one parent they don’t care about the situations or any emergency that might happen We are waiting till Jan 31 and the we ll pull the passports
