Hi I've found NSCN really helpful and approachable. I got comparable but as we run a big separate midwifery program in Australia, my degree lacked enough OB and paeds for RN, they were really quick with the assessment and the organising the bridging course (which I choose instead of OSCE). So...

I got a comparable result too but have to do either bridging or OSCE in OB and paeds after assessment from NSCN... I went with bridging and that includes clinical hours... here we go again...

You will get an emailing titled "NNAS Advisory Report Available". Sorry no idea on the time frame though..

Ausnurse..how has your application gone?? I'm in Nova Scotia and NNAS comparable result... assessment completed from NSCN and I have to complete bridging courses in Maternity and Peads... expected but annoying...

Sorry I'm no help with why but ... I suggest calling them direct and asking again to make sure you arent required to have anything resubmitted.

Hi yes its been completely "ready for review" since June...and they actually received and accepted this document as "ready for evaluation" in February....

The day my application expires I get an email saying my ID has expired and one of my employment forms wasn't fully completed... it is with an assessor and they've just noticed this... add another month to my timeline just to get a letter from posted from Australia.... Seriously why is it this...

Its the same going from AUS to UK/New Zealand etc your nursing licence is accepted as proof of your education and only theory and skills test required (which i completely agree on)....

You spent 7 month's with NNAS on ready for review and 2 on final review???that is absolutely insane... how can it take 9 month's to review an application....
