Is yours paper or online Application? If it's online what's your process time bar in your IRCC account? How many months it shows ? Have you asked for GCMS notes?

So by default they show 23 months process time bar for everyone in their CIC account,right ?

Is it showing you 23 months estimated ?

Is IRCC following the time bar exactly as they mentioned now for everyone? Or they do give DM of the process time they mentioned at the time of federal application ?

My main reason to submit IRCC webform is to cancel my representative as her agreement with me is over and she doesn't wanna represent me anymore.

Exactly, my agent never told me the actual process time , they just want to mint money.

Don't simply trust agents words , my agent told my process will be done very soon , maybe in a year and later she rarely responded and dropped as my correspondent just last month because I questioned her of her wrong information.
