No you dont require same NOC's for your experience. All you need is documents from both companies to prove your employment history

As far as i know they do not send test results to visa authorities. They might have sent it to the organization you selected while creating your profile for IELTS registartion. You can submit any result for your visa application and attach your marksheet along for proof

Part time jobs wont affect your profile. Mismatch will. So it would be better if you dont show these jobs for any other visa application

I had the same problem- profile ineligible Wait for 1 year and then apply- you will be ok And yes 2 different jobs combined can be considered as 1 year

No. you cannot merge it with experience of a foreign country which is less than a year. You should apply with the NOC B experience in canada as it is more than a year

You do not need ECA as your highest degree is inland and not foreign country

You got it almost right. If you apply before May 2020- work experience is eligible. Invitation has nothing to do with it. Even though you get invitation in Aug 2020- it should be fine as you applied when you were within 3 years time frame Hope this is not too complicated and helps!
