Hey Peegee, No if u have a valid PR card issued u have to do VOS form in order to get a new CoPR.

That’s what happened I went to the border yesterday and they are like come back with the document he can’t do anything :/ I only have the passport with immigrant thank you so much ! I saw this thread and was amazed . In my case he said he can’t do anything until I have the original copr

hey guys I’ve lost my COPR before landing and the officer at the POE didn’t let me in and asked me to find the documents or request new if possible. Will I be able to get a new CoPR? Thank you
