Did you informed them you will travel outside? If yes, they are asking for supporting documents if your reason to travel is urgent.

Oh… maybe your application and my application is in the same VO or Location did you travelled outside? I raised different web forms emphasizing I need to get back to Canada as my Canadian child has to be in school. no help at all.

When did you applied? I raised several web forms already. The replies are all generic.
