There was a one month deadline they put on the letter to pay biometric fees. Now I submitted receipt through web form. How we can ensure they got it? I haven't received any confirmation email.

Yes I did. Just put T4 for 2018 to show that I had enough income for that year as a supportive document.

I put my T4 as I hadn't done my taxes when I submitted application.

Hi, does any one know those who submitted additional doc through web form if they recieve email confirmation or not? How long it takes the request beeing preccessed by CIC?

I received same email today. My mo Just asks for Biometric fees. The letter has application number on it. I didn't pay for my biometrics because my mom's biometric still valid. And my Father because if his age not required. Interesting is I already linked application to my CIC account. There it...

Same happend to me, application received in Ottawa on April 29. Today my ECAS updated and shows application received.

ECAS getting updated daily not weekly. use the online tool, which is updated daily.

I did not ask for signature, but on Canada Post tracking page shows they got signature at delivery.

I sent application with Canada Post and delivered on April 29th, but still not showing on ECAS.

Mine also received 29th but cannot see it on ECAS yet.
