My Wife received her invitation letter to take her citizenship oath on August 28th (Kitchener LO)

We got Decision Made a couple days after the Test (although the last line in eCas still shows LOT as the last statement). Can an oath invitation still take as long as 2-3 months even after a decision was made ?

We received a test invitation letter for July 17th. The letter was sent on July 3rd and received on July 6th. No update on eCas though (still just showing transfer to local office...) Our Local office is in Kitchener ON
