@ Tezkem, Congratulations on your PR. Pls fill all the required forms as stated in your PR e-mail. Each PR is tailor-made to perceived gaps/lapses in your form(s). So pls fill them as requested. I met people in Accra that had to fill these forms 4-5 times over, so I don't think it was a mistake.

Hello, My MR, RPRPF and proof of fund requests were sent via e-mail on 30th june(Mail dated 1st july). But the MR forms were sent as an attachment to the e-mail. Can I just get to the hospital with the print out of the meds request forms or do I need to wait for the hard copy in my post office box?

The documents you mentioned are the exact same things that were attached to my mail- with a scanned copy,bearing my passport photo,of a medical request form etc. I will call the VO on...
