I never said you cannot use it the older version. The issue was that you are claiming that the older version makes the form valid for 30 days and if you use the older version, it will make the form valid for only 30 days as opposed to 1 year if used the newer version. If this would have been...

What you are using is the 2016 version of the form, which is obsolete. IRCC will continue to accept any form or for that matter even handwritten consent, but it remains valid for 1 year from the date it is signed as stipulated in the most recent version, which is 2018 version. Form of...

I am always happy to learn, be it from senior members here or a newbie, but alas you will never. Since you ran out of copying and pasting stuff and passing it off as your assumptions and research form the forum. Go read, before you post and make a mockery of yourself. 007 style!!! :D:D:D:D

Its height of ignorance on your end. Each agency has its authority clearly defined in the legislative Act through which it was formed. It is the same for all agencies, be it RCMP, CSIS, IRCC, or CBSA. These agencies cannot go beyond the scope of what has been given in the act, and if they do...

I am from Abuja, Nigeria but have been in the US on H1B. My timeline is in my signature. Since I am in the US I thought that my VO will be Ottawa, but its LVO Abuja and secondary CPC Ottawa. I have not yet engaged a lawyer, but I spoke to LegalFalcon thorugh his FB page. He advised that anything...

It is a long wait. See my signature. Applied last year, eligibility cleared as per GCMS notes obtained in December 2018. I am still waiting. I requested CBSA and CSIS notes and only got a bunch of dates. Nothing else. I also sent email to Ralph Goodale office and got the same info atet...

Oh! Who said RCMP had no liaison offices. Did I even mention that. You are an expert at cooking up stories from IP address to what people say. Does having Liaison Offices make RCMP an intelligence agency doing "007" work? I will burst your misinformation campaign right here: Go read this -...

You have a serious problem in assuming things. May be you watch too many movies. Isn't the jurisdiction of RCMP only in Canada at the federal level? When you land at any airport or cross any border port, it is CBSA officers who determine whether you are admissible into Canada or not. They...

I did, then cancelled after not receiving it and then ordered from another one. There are many websites floating around, including yours, claiming to provide GCMS notes in 30 days and your claims that the notes are delivered in 28. Just like your website, you are promoting was registered on...
