We got settlement. My husband is here in Canada now

My husband’s visitor visa has been approved and the visitor visa number has been updated on tracker. However we have not received ppr yet. It’s been 4 days. Do any of you have idea how long itsgoona take? NDVO

Did they reopen your application yet?

They said bank statements were fraudulent, we simply downloaded our bank statements from the app and submitted them. Our judicial review is in process, I hope we get settlement

Pr file is still in process, However our visitor visa application was refused and they banned my husband for 5 years

Our lawyer sent applicant record last week but the same has not been updated on the federal court docket. When I asked my lawyer about it , he said he has confirmed with Registry and they have received our docs but are too busy to update it online. Any idea how long will it take for the registry...

They said bank statements were fraudulent but they were not. We got them from bank. Explained them everything along with letter from bank manager. They could not get agreed. we filed for judicial review afterwards

We received response in January and they plced ban on my husband for 5 years

Did the court ask them to send file to different VO? Cause that’s what they were giving you in settlement. We have got misrepresentation, but we have not submitted any fraudulent docs

That’s really sad. My husband received PFL on visitor visa. We have sent a response although we did not use anything fraudulent. Did you think of suing them?
