    Oh Thank you for your reply. I also got more lines in ecas and recieved 30 Oct, 2017. Automatic message keep telling me background check is still in progress. I am wondering the automatic message told you same thing with me.

    ARS stands for Automatic response service. I mean you asked one of agent in person over the phone or you just entered buttons to check your security?

    How did you check your security is passed? Did you call to CIC using ARS?
