I will like to know which IMM Form numbers to be filled as an Applicant and which as a Sponsor? I find the website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp details a bit confusing to understand.

But do I get a copy of the Report or just need the payment receipt for my documents?

What happens next from there?

Is the Medical report handed over to the applicant/sponsor or it is sent to the Consulate/Embassy in question?

The below is the answer I got from similar question I posed to the Consulate/Embassy on July 16th, 2007. The fact of having a sponsorship or permanent residence application underway does not prevent travel to Canada as a temporary resident or visitor.

Is it legal to take the medical Exam in Canada if one does not live in Canada? Will the results be recognized at all?
