If you have UCI number You can track you card for some people I know , they haven’t got their card yet. Processing time these days are unpredictable for them. Try your best to contact them by submitting web form . Or by calling them again and again.

Yes I got it in first week of December. It’s not gonna show anything on portal It’s taking little more time to get PR card right now. approx 5 months Just try to get update on your application by calling or by using thread on official canada immigration website.
