Now I'm getting so confused about IELTS. ( or TEF) Is there any difinitive way to find out whether a langauge test is needed or not? I understand you do need it if you are claiming points for language. But if you dont need the points?

Did they ask for police clearance from the age of 18? I was going to only do the ones for countries I lived in in the past 10 years.
