I did.. got the same response.. then my agent told me the CIC was down due to some technical reason. But CIC is up now. Their technical systems should be up too. When did you try?

Just got a application screenshot from my consultant. Background verification has changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check " TO "We are processing your background check.We will send you a message if we need more information"...
