    **INLAND SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP JANUARY 2019**

I had an implied status and put in the PR app, then left the country on the same day and came back after 5 weeks of traveling. On the border coming back to Canada I explained about PR application and they gave me tourist visa. No problems whatsoever.

What kind of lawyer do you have?? You definitely CAN apply for OWP while on implied status...I was on implied status when we applied for PR, OWP and I also applied for Restoration of Status (which means i asked my status to be restored to visitor). I got my OWP with less than 2 months!!

I got my driving license while on tourist visa (they dont care what status you have in the country) - if you have driving license from your home country you might be able to exchange it for Canadian one at Service Ontario. There's also Ontario Photo Card that you could apply for (they only ask...

    **INLAND SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP JANUARY 2019**

What you said they asked was proof of cohabitation but what you described you sent was proof of relationship. These are two totally different things. You may have been in a relationship for 10 years but in order to apply for PR you also need to prove that you have lived together at least 1 year...

    **INLAND SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP JANUARY 2019**

Think logically. The reason you would apply for PR is so that you would't have to get a visa to live and work in Canada. SO, now that you have PR why would a visa be relevant? Do you need visa to work in your home country? You don't need a visa if you're a PR.

You should bring anything that proves your current legal status in Canada. If you're currently in Canada with tourist visa you should bring any proof of that (maybe a stamp in passport?). Payment made by you would not be temp resident doc issued by CIC.

    Medical test for pregnant applicant

I was in the same boat as you until last week (doubting if X-ray is safe and weights up the benefits of getting it done instead of delaying). I went through several doctors in three different countries and the recommendations I got were that 1. Its safe to do the X-ray if you’re past first...
