Yes, I did as my travel cannot be moved and there was no mail from immigration that time. After checking with airlines, I do not need to cancel and rebook flight as XXX in first name (which is what Canadian passport generally has in place of FNU) is still no valid name and is similar to blank

So when you are on PR - both Indian and Canadian licenses are valid however when you get citizenship, your DL is revoked even though your status is still NRI as government treats both NRI and OCI as same. That is not logically adding up

I think both NRE and license can be kept per my web search so far. It looks like both NRI and OCI are at par when it comes to accounts, license, MF etc.. Correct me if anyone had a different experience. For NRE: https://www.canarabank.com/media/4505/faq-nri-n.pdf
