Call IDP and get this checked. If the score has been revised then i believe the revised TRF is shipped to the IDP center where an exchange would be done for the older TRF. Unsure on this though - a call to IDP might throw some light here. All the very best !!

CBT or CD IELTS as they call it is available at IDP INDIA.

i have tried both - IDP is better with the scores i have. I would say stick to CBT, a lot easier.

I quite didn't understand this, should you not apply for EOR if there is 2 or more band difference in other sections ? any reason why ?

Are you sure on WES taking 8-10 weeks ? From my knowledge WES should take less than 4 weeks.

I would still suggest you get the transcript + degree certificate couriered through your university. Why take the risk of WES rejecting the documents/application.
