BLS is slow, my application was taken from home on 22-Dec and Embassy starting processcing the week of 10th-Jan.

My application got updated today, and went to "Passport application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate" APPL_SURNAME is now correct so being null is just a bug until the application is actually under process.

I work remotely from Ontario for a Quebec-based company, unfortunately, I did not attach a letter of intent to reside outside Quebec, hence got a PFL. Big blunder!!! Responded to PFL within 7 days and waiting since 2 weeks now.
