    There is no cutoff. Ontario is picking applications who have job offer. I had 402 and mine got picked up for OINP because I am already working in Ontario for the last 4 years. My PR application is currently in process as Ontario provincial nominee.

I had 402 points. when I created the profile in Feb, I had selected NO for the same option even though I was working at that time and have no LMIA (I have open work permit and working in Ontario for 3 years with same employer). But somehow in August I changed it to YES...
