Thanks for the response. When I applied there was a message saying "you'll receive an email with instructions on how to receive your e-certificate when it is ready". In better news I had my PGWP approved - Applied on 27th June, Reviewed and Approved 1st of October, valid for 3 years. I'll get that additional information together and reapply for my husband. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting.

I don't know why they rejected my husband. I thought I'd done everything I needed to, but I guess they want job details (e.g. researching toxic chemicals), not just 'scientist'. Sigh.
