Is there any anyone in this group have csq with vjo letter as well. Do they mentioned vjo into the letter as well?

Dear I have a QSW program application at the federal stage and now my application has been transferred to LVO? Are you all Quebec applicants or EE/spousal? I hear it's the slowest office? is it true? or they process mainly spousal that is why it's slow.

It looks like it is also available for Outland applicants as well? What do you think ?
