I have exactly the same problem!! When I searched from this forum, I realized that this is a kind of bug. I will leave it as is, but some people in this forum write an explanation while sending their documents. It is up to you whether you'll explain or leave it as is.

I am exactly in the same situation too. I landed end of September, I resubmit the second photo request on 29th November and still waiting. I sent two queries and both of them they respond that they are processing photos from 22 October. It has been more than 100 days, I couldn't receive my card...
