They ask that you do not send calling cards anyways, but I suppose you could scan/take a picture of them showing that you have them.

If you have an information guide for your region, take a look at it. We are from the Eastern Europe regional guide, and it asks only for her name, her date of birth, and the date the photo was taken, NOT her signature. So, you should be fine filling out the back of her immigrant photos yourself...

Which Visa Office was the interview at? Did she leave her passport with them? How is the postal service there? Maybe they want the medicals redone before issuing the visa...(which of course they should ask for, if that's what they want.)

Hello Habibti, I believe that sentence is saying that you have sent them everything that they required on the document checklist. It is said like that "minimum requirements", because after it is sent to the VO, they might ask you for more information then what was initially required.

Thank you very much for your answers. I was under the understanding that you have to pay, if the applicant is not in Canada, no matter who asks for the info. Noone has mentioned anything about calling the VO for answers. I guess this means that calling the VO would solve nothing?

I forgot to add that a Canadian fiancee Visa does not exist. You would have to apply as common-law (if you've lived with them for a year, and can prove it), or get married and apply as a spouse.
