    CSQ took about a month to be approved. You can call the hotline to confirm if they've received a copy of your CSQ or not.

    My background check took 11 days. The person you are sponsoring, do they have an extensive travel history? My wife had never travelled outside of Pakistan so perhaps that's why the background check wasn't so extensive .

    From my understanding, your application may just be sitting for the "bring forward" date.. Strange you've been waiting since May for background check to clear. Also strange that it took my application so much longer to reach to that point lol. Good luck nonetheless :)
