That means approved! Congrats! You will get an email with an attachment for Passport Request, likely in a few days. ECAS always updates first.

Not sure what it stands for but my understanding of it is that it's landing papers (showing proof of approved PR) that you give to the officer once you land.

My husband's PPR papers will also be there by tomorrow! We sent them today. :) I've heard it can be up to a week, depends on when it's sent and when the weekend falls. Since it's expresspost, it should be fast.

Decision Made means that the Sponsor has been approved :). The email confirming just takes a while to be sent out as it’s automated or sent in large batches of approvals, I think.
