    I had a visitor visa from a previous visit and used it to enter as a student. So it shouldn't be an issue. Is your TRV valid for the same period as your study permit or more?

    I am not 100% sure. But the answer I got from all the people I asked including an immigration lawyer is that our diploma will count as 3 year diploma, for both the CRS points and the PGWP.
